Hourly Basis
If you think that you will not be requiring many changes to your website on a regular basis we provide maintenance services on an hourly basis. ($35 per hour. 1 hour minimum charge, billed in 15 minute increments after first hour)
Website Maintenance Packages
If you think that you will be making regular changes to your site over time you can save money by purchasing a website maintenance package.
Website Maintenance Packages include the following services
- Priority Service, quick turnaround (1-2 Business Days)
- Update, correct web pages as requested
- Create new, basic web pages as requested (Limited number per month)
- Image scanning, optimization and adding images to web sites
- Verify all links
- Email broadcasting and social media integration
- DOES NOT INCLUDE layout changes, flash animation, database and programming work
Rollover Hours
With our maintenance packages we provide a unique system called rollover hours. Most businesses have their busy times and slower times where you might need more edits and changes done on their site for certain months. (e.g. special events, marketing campaign, etc.) We will rollover any unused hours from your maintenance package into the next month up to a 3 month period.
Example: If you have a maintenance package that grants you 5 hours and only use 2 in the first month, and then only use 4 in the second month you have 4 hours left over to transfer to the third month allowing 9 hours of maintenance and updating without any additional cost.
